Rehabilitate Therapy is proudly a high quality OT service, we are OT through and through but are happy to recommended other MDT professionals.

For over 10 years now we have been wide ranging across the North and Midlands in the UK but are now extending further South and our geography is expanding. The map on the home page shows all the regions we cover.

For us, vocational rehabilitation is central to the OT role so, yes, we absolutely we do offer this service and often as an integral part of many cases we work on. We also provide a specific vocational rehabilitation service.

Our service is comprehensive across the scope of OT and therefore in addition to all that would be expected, we provide: hands / scar, housing / adaptations, pain management, postural / seating, wheelchair, manual handling, sensory integration, WAVs, and many other specific areas.  We also provide an OTA service for our clients, and a vibrant client community that all our clients access for free. We provide a very comprehensive adults and transitions service (15+) and also have a number of paediatric OTs across our community who can work with children.

Yes, we have a team of OT Assistants that are trained/supervised and work under the direction of our Occupational Therapists to progress client goals in a timely and cost effective way.  OTAs do not work separately; they work on cases where a Rehabilitate Therapy OT is instructed. Yes, we have a national team of hands and scar OTs who can work on specific referrals and also often support our assessment/rehab OTs on cases they are working on where hands and scar is an important intervention area. See our specialist Hands Team here

Yes, we have a team of housing  adaptations and  equipment  OTs who can work on specific referrals and also often support our assessment/rehab OTs on cases they are working on.  Our work in this area is really varied, working with architects, manual handling, WAVs, wheelchair, posture and many other areas. Yes we have a team of pain management OTs who can work on specific referrals and more  often support our assessment / rehab OTs on cases they are working on where pain is a barrier to goal progress. See our Pains specialist team here.

Yes, we are always motivated to talk to talented OTs who share our attitude and outlook.  An RT OT (as we call them) is client centred and goal focused but also has other qualities, for example: they will be tenacious, proactive communicators, creative problem solvers and so forth. All clients who have a Rehabilitate Therapy Occupational Therapist working with them on their rehabilitation are part of our Client Community and can join in with the Client Community activities.
